使用 Sluice 应用或 Sluice 账户，即表示你同意本条款。

1. 服务内容

Sluice 是一款在 Mac 上本地运行的规则代理软件。Sluice 不提供代理节点或订阅；你使用的节点和订阅来自你自行选择的第三方，其可用性、合法性与内容由提供方和你负责。

2. 账户

  • 注册需要一个你能接收邮件的邮箱。每个邮箱只能注册一个账户。
  • 账户密钥用于登录，请妥善保管。因密钥泄露造成的损失由你自行承担；发现泄露时请立即在账户页签发新密钥。
  • 你可以随时删除账户。

3. 试用、付费与授权

  • 每个账户注册后可免费试用 14 天，可用于 1 台 Mac；每台 Mac 只能试用一次。
  • 付费方案分为按年订阅和终身买断，按可授权的 Mac 数量定价；终身授权一次付费、永久有效，价格以价格页为准。付款确认后授权生效，在有效期内续费从当前到期日顺延，不会自动续费。
  • 每台登录的 Mac 占用一个授权名额，可以随时反激活后转移到其他 Mac。授权仅供你本人或你的家庭使用，不得转售或公开分享账户。
  • 授权到期后，代理功能暂停，你的配置和数据保留在本机。
  • 如需退款，请联系我们并提供订单号，经核实后办理；退款后对应的授权期限会相应扣除。删除账户会同时作废授权。

4. 合理使用

你应遵守所在地的法律法规使用 Sluice。不得利用 Sluice 或账户服务从事违法活动、攻击或干扰他人系统、批量注册账户，或绕过账户服务的频率限制与安全措施。

5. 测试版

Sluice 目前处于公测阶段，功能可能调整，服务可能中断。我们会尽力保持服务稳定，但不保证不间断或无错误。

6. 免责声明

Sluice 按「现状」提供，在法律允许的范围内，我们不对适销性、特定用途适用性或不侵权作任何明示或默示的保证，也不对因使用或无法使用 Sluice 造成的间接损失承担责任。

7. 终止

如你违反本条款，我们可以暂停或终止你的账户。你也可以随时删除账户停止使用。

8. 条款变更

我们可能更新本条款，重要变更会在网站公布并邮件通知。变更生效后继续使用即视为接受。

Terms of Service

Effective 5 November 2026

By using the Sluice app or a Sluice account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Sluice is rule-based proxy software that runs locally on your Mac. Sluice does not provide proxy nodes or subscriptions; the nodes and subscriptions you use come from third parties you choose, who, together with you, are responsible for their availability, lawfulness and content.

2. Accounts

  • Signing up requires an email address you can receive mail at. Each address can hold one account.
  • Your account key signs you in; keep it safe. You are responsible for losses caused by a leaked key; if it leaks, issue a new one on the account page at once.
  • You can delete your account at any time.

3. Trial, payment and licenses

  • Every account gets a free 14-day trial on one Mac; each Mac can use one trial.
  • Paid plans are yearly or lifetime (paid once, never expires), priced by the number of Macs, as shown on the pricing page. A license starts once payment is confirmed; renewing early adds the year after the current end date. Nothing renews automatically.
  • Each signed-in Mac takes one seat and can be deactivated and moved at any time. Licenses are for you or your household; don't resell or publicly share an account.
  • When a license ends, proxying pauses; your configuration and data stay on your Mac.
  • For a refund, contact us with your order number; after review we refund it and remove the matching license time. Deleting the account voids its license.

4. Acceptable use

Use Sluice in line with the laws where you are. Do not use Sluice or the account service for unlawful activity, to attack or disrupt others' systems, to register accounts in bulk, or to get around the account service's rate limits and security measures.

5. Beta

Sluice is in public beta. Features may change and the service may be interrupted. We work to keep it reliable but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Disclaimer

Sluice is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and are not liable for indirect losses from using or being unable to use Sluice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms. You may stop at any time by deleting your account.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will announce significant changes on this site and by email. Continuing to use Sluice after a change takes effect means you accept it.
